We follow a value-add investing strategy of buying established and cash flowing businesses with a track record of above market performance and then improving operations and processes through hands-on management and market knowledge, therefore, providing to our investor clients a low-risk, reliable and consistent return on their investment. Our goal is to acquire $20M of assets by end of 2026 and to do that we invest in relationships with local and national partners.
